Terms and Conditions – Black Friday Promotion 2020

The following terms and conditions apply to the 50% Black Friday Promotion 2020:

1. ECPTA’s 50% Black Friday Promotion will begin at 08:00am (CAT) on 27 November 2020 and closes at
16:00PM (CAT) on the 04 December 2020.
2. Discounts will only be valid during this time. This Discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other
discount/promotion or be applied retrospectively.
3. The 50% discount is based on the current 2020/21 rates. Only accommodation rates will be discounted the
daily conservation fee will remain 100% chargeable.
4. The 50% Promotion is only valid for ECPTA’s inland Nature Reserves (Baviaanskloof, Commando Drift, Fort
Fordyce, Great Fish, Groendal, Mpofu, Ongeluksnek, Oviston, Thomas Baines, Tsolwana) only with arrival
between 01 December 2020 and 31 December 2020 only.
5. The Provincial coastal nature reserves are not part of the promotion.
6. Bookings made prior or after the Promotion will not receive the discount, no communications will be
entered.
7. By participating in the promotion, each customer fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these
Official Terms and Conditions.
8. ECPTA reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or cancel the 50% Promotion at its sole
discretion.
9. ECPTA cannot be held responsible for computer system hardware, software or program errors, or other
failures in computer transmissions/network connections/telephonic failures for any booking/booking
request lost or delayed. ECPTA cannot be held responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, damaged,
misdirected booking requests.
10. Only bookings requests done telephonically or via email are eligible to participate, bookings done in any
other method (including online bookings) will not be eligible.
11. Employees of ECPTA and their family members are eligible to participate
12. Customers will only have a booking once a provisional booking has been sent to them and is subject to
availability.
13. In case of bookings made prior to the promotion, these cannot be cancelled and a new booking created to
get the promotional offer and expect a refund of the difference.
14. Discounts are not transferable and no substitutions or cash equivalents are permitted. If the discount is not
claimed within the specified time limit, the discount will be forfeited.

15. The customer must accept that that his/her name and/or likeness may be used within ECPTA literature or
on the Internet for publicity or advertising purposes without additional compensation, except where
prohibited by law
16. ECPTA reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this promotion and without notice in the unlikely
event of major catastrophe, terrorist attack, epidemic, war, earthquake, or any actual, anticipated or
alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other similar event.
