In light of the CORONA Virus currently sweeping the world and country Eastern Cape Parks & Tourism Agency (ECPTA) is putting measures in place to protect, contain and adhere to best practice and interventions to minimize the spread and exposure to the virus.
Unfortunately due to the current situation and measures in place the ECPTA cannot honour your booking and for your own safety and safety of others, we would like to avail two options for your current booking.
- You have the option to postpone your current booking to a later available date within the current year, this will be at no extra cost to you
- Reschedule your booking to 2021 using the same dates you had booked for now at 2020/20121 rates
- If unable to postpone or reschedule, kindly fill out the attached checklist
- Should you wish to cancel, the cancellation fee will be waivered
