EVALUATION OF QUOTATIONS

A Two Stage evaluation process will be employed. In Stage 1 all bids received will be evaluated on pre requirements. Only Bidders who meet the pre requirements  will be evaluated in stage 2 for Price/B-BBEE.

 

STAGE 1:       PREREQUISITES

Bidders must comply with the following pre-requisites. Failure to comply with any of these pre-requisites will result in immediate rejection of the bid.

  • Company Experience: The bidding company must submit a minimum of three (3) reference letters from three (3) different organizations currently or previously serviced.
  • Key Instructor(s) Experience: The bidding company must submit a detailed CV and copies of certificates of at least one instructor with a minimum of three (3) years relevant experience. (Bidders must submit both CV and copies of certificates of the key Instructor).
  • Local Economic Development (LED): The bidder must have registered offices within the Eastern Cape Province. The proof of address within the Eastern Cape Province must be submitted in the form of one of the following:
  1. Lease agreement/ proof of ownership of property;
  2. Municipal rates account; or
  3. Municipal billing clearance

EVALUATION OF QUOTATIONS
